Greece Culture:

Michelangelo’s paintings on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City are a high point of Renaissance art. Italy’s music history is just as rich, especially in opera. The country started this old art form. Famous operas, like Verdi’s Aida and La Traviata, are still performed in Italian. Well-known singer Luciano Pavarotti helped make Italian opera popular around the world. He made it easy for more people to enjoy.
